These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of unreal-talent.com (the "Site"), operated by Unreal Talent LLC, a Florida limited liability company and a subsidiary of Unreal Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Your submissions
If you send us content through a form or by email, such as a message, application, or talent materials, you grant us permission to use that content for the purpose of responding to you and evaluating potential representation or collaboration, and you confirm that you have the right to provide it. No submission creates a representation, agency, or contractual relationship unless and until we enter into a separate written agreement.

The Site may link to third-party sites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
