You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

If you send us content through a form or by email, such as a message, application, or talent materials, you grant us permission to use that content for the purpose of responding to you and evaluating potential representation or collaboration, and you confirm that you have the right to provide it. No submission creates a representation, agency, or contractual relationship unless and until we enter into a separate written agreement.

The Site may link to third-party sites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unreal Talent LLC and its affiliates, managers, members, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unreal Talent LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms.
